We're looking for an Employee Engagement Intern to join our team. The role will be a part of Kredivo Group’s Employee Engagement Team, which focuses on creating engaging events and practices to enhance our workplace culture. In your role, you will support the team in creating a work culture where every KrediKrew can thrive and grow through end-to-end support of our various engagement initiatives.
What will you do:
- Assist with planning and execution of employee engagement projects, from company-wide events to division-based initiatives
- Source and manage the procurement of logistics, event material, and merchandise
- Prepare the feedback survey forms and track responses for employee engagement initiatives to measure effectiveness
- Support with ad-hoc team administration and other engagement activities, including compiling and administering budget spreadsheets and our invoice process
Required Skills:
- Undergraduate or Bachelor's in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources or a related field
- Strong communication skills and good command of English
- Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Experience and interest in organizing events and managing large-scale projects
Good to have:
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and/or other multimedia design tools
