At Kredivo, we are transforming access to credit by combining technology, data, and strong risk management. We are looking for an SME Credit Analyst who is passionate about understanding business fundamentals, analyzing financial performance, and making sound credit decisions.
In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating SME customers through financial and cash flow analysis, assessing creditworthiness, and identifying potential risks within the portfolio. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure responsible lending while supporting sustainable business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct creditworthiness analysis for SME (Small and Medium Enterprise) clients based on financial statements, cash flow, and supporting documents.
- Verify customer data and perform on-line calls or on-site business visits when required.
- Prepare credit analysis reports and credit proposals, including approval or rejection recommendations.
- Monitor existing credit portfolios and identify potential risks or early warning signs.
- Ensure credit assessment processes comply with internal policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Conduct periodic reviews of borrower performance and business conditions.
- Coordinate with business, product, risk management, and other teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from reputable universities.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Credit Analyst, preferably in the SME segment.
- Strong understanding of financial statement analysis, cash flow analysis, and credit risk management.
- Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Strong communication and report-writing skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google suites.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in banking, multifinance, or fintech industries.
- Knowledge of local financial regulations (e.g., OJK or relevant regulatory bodies).
- Relevant certifications in credit analysis or risk management.
