Job description for this role are as follows:

  • Generate, maintain, update & develop sales promotor report for the team
  • Coordinate & communicate effectively with all stakeholders related
    • Managing vendor payments and invoices
    • Onboarding new promoters and assignments
    • Promoter day-to-day escalations and tracking discrepancies
    • Supporting and standby to fix promoter issues on an ad-hoc basis.

    Requirements:

    • Proven work experience as a Sales administrator or Sales support agent
    • Hands on experience with CRM software (Pipeline) or MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
    • Be thorough, pay attention to detail, time management & be able to work well with others
    • Understanding of sales performance metrics & excellent organizational skills.
