IT Operations Support

Kredivo Group is seeking IT Ops Support that is responsible for providing technical support and assistance to users, maintaining computer systems, and ensuring the smooth operation of technology resources within the organization.

This role involves troubleshooting issues, configuring hardware and software, and assisting with the implementation of IT solutions.


About the job:

  1. Technical Support:
    • Provide first-line support for hardware, operating systems, software, and network-related issues.
    • Assist users with software applications and operating systems.
  2. System Maintenance:
    • Perform regular maintenance and updates on IT systems and software to ensure optimal performance and security.
    • Monitor end devices user performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
  3. Installation and Configuration:
    • Install and configure computer hardware, software, printers, and peripheral devices.
    • Set up user accounts and manage permissions as needed.
  4. Documentation and Reporting:
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of system configurations, procedures, and user guides.
    • Record and track incident reports using a ticketing system.
  5. Collaboration:
    • Work with other IT team members to implement new technology solutions and improve existing systems.
    • Assist in the on-boarding of new employees by providing necessary IT support.


About you:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 3-4 experience in IT support, help desk, or a technical support role
  • Strongly familiar with Windows operating system & basic knowledge with MacOS.
  • Experience with software/hardware setup and repairs.
  • Familiarity with basic networking and troubleshooting.
  • Problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
