The product analytics team is responsible for the development, evaluation, and maintenance of data-driven insights on product strategy and performance. As a product analyst, you are expected to (1) proactively identify opportunities for product improvements and innovation through data analysis, (2) collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams, and (3) ensure analytical accuracy and alignment with overall business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze customer behavior and product performance data to generate insights and support decision-making
- Identify trends and patterns for product and process improvements
- Create, automate, and maintain reports and dashboards
- Collaborate and provide analytical support to data, marketing, and engineering teams in strategy deployments
- Monitor product updates and ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency
- Stay up to date with business analytics tools, techniques, and industry trends
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience as a data analyst, product analyst, or systems analyst, preferably in a lending/fintech environment
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into strategic business insights
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, Python / R, and at least one business intelligence tool (e.g. Tableau, PowerBI)
- Ability to deliver clear and impactful data presentations
- High attention to detail with solid organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaborate effectively across teams
- Excellent English communication skills
