Talent Management Senior Executive

As a Talent Management Senior Executive, your role is to ensure the smooth running of Talent Management processes such as onboarding, talent development, and performance management all across Kredivo group. Additionally, you will also be assigned as a Talent and Performance PIC for one of our entities, giving you ample development and growth opportunities in your career. If you have experience in talent management and are passionate to grow further in the field, this is the position for you.

Job Description:

  • Execute established talent management and performance management processes according to guidelines and regulations.
  • Take responsibility over performance management practices in one or more divisions within the Kredivo group.
  • Socialize, update, and explain about talent and performance related processes, policies, or programs to the whole organization.
  • Connect with employees and line managers regarding professional development of employees and talents throughout the organization.
  • Represent Kredivo and its subsidiaries in liaising with external stakeholders such as vendors, auditors, and government agencies regarding talent and performance subjects.
  • Collect talent-related data from multiple sources to maintain a talent management dashboard for the whole organization.
  • Analyze data from surveys, feedback, and other sources to identify patterns and propose action items and improvements.

Job Requirement:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in talent management or performance management.
  • Previous experience in tech or banking companies is preferred.
  • Proficient with Google Sheets.
  • Confident in communicating in English with peers and stakeholders.
