The Growth Business team focuses on maximizing the lifetime value of our existing customers by focusing on engagement and retention; turning interactions with the app into moments of connection and habit. We’re looking for a leader with entrepreneurial spirit, who brings creativity and users’ empathy balancing it with analytical sharpness.
In this pivotal role, you will lead a team of managers to oversee core pillars like Rewards Management, Engagement levers (Missions and Games), and CRM. You will also work closely with cross-functional leaders in product, marketing, and Biz dev teams to drive innovative engagement strategies that combines data insights and user empathy.
Responsibilities :
- Identify and create an experimentation rigor to explore new engagement levers to create delight in the Kredivo app to drive retention.
- Lead end-to-end business ownership of engagement pillars like Rewards Management, Games and Missions, and CRM through partnership with Product and Marketing teams, driving their adoption and deepen habit formation.
- Blend user-centered creativity with data analytics to use data to uncover insights while bringing bold, user-centered ideas to design compelling and sticky experiences.
- Demonstrate user empathy by considering what users’ needs and wants through proper customer segmentation and develop targeted engagement strategies accordingly.
- Establish a culture of continuous testing, iteration, and learning with clear success metrics and feedback loops.
- Oversee a team of managers to drive day-to-day operations, balancing operational rigor and creative exploration.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align priorities and ensure seamless execution of growth initiatives and operational efficiency.
Requirements :
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in relevant roles and leading teams managing engagement-focused product features (e.g. gamification, loyalty programs, missions) in consumer apps.
- Experience in fintech, gaming, e-commerce, or lending industries is a plus.
- Demonstrated success in balancing innovative ideas that connect with users on deeper level with outside the box thinking and data analytics to inform business decisions.
- User-centered thinking with the ability to understand deeply for what users want and need.
- Demonstrated success in cross-functional collaboration, ensuring alignment and execution across teams.
- Strong communicator and team player who thrives in cross-functional environment.
