Sales Admin Executive - Ecommerce
Job Descriptions:
- Monitor daily operations related to orders (including cancellations, returns, and refunds),
- inventory, and supplier onboarding process.
- Manage and track inventory level from suppliers.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory, and operational data.
- Help to communicate the implementation of new operational procedures or policies to
- suppliers.
- Generate operational and sales reports for management review.
Job Requirements:
- Previous experience in ecommerce, operations, or administrative roles preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Preferable min experience 1-2 years.
- Minimum Bachelor Degree.
