Assistant Account Management Manager - Region
What You'll do :
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships and be the main point of contact for key account merchants. 
 - Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze data to identify areas for improvement, report performance to stakeholders and exceed sales targets 
 - Strategic Planning: Create and execute strategic plans to drive revenue growth and maximize the value of key accounts merchants.
 - Internal Coordination: Act as the central point of contact, coordinating internal teams (sales, field trainer, marketing, etc) to exceed the targets
 - Negotiation: Negotiate to have competitive program/ promo/ branding/ improvements and ensure timelines for merchants projects and initiatives are met.
 - Administrative: Resolving all the jira tickets, ensure the data quality, creating confirmation letter, request for branding/ CRM & create promo
 
What You'll need :
- Bachelor degree and preferably proven experience in account management or business development
 - Excellent verbal and written communication skills for internal & external relationship
 - Have an analytical and problem-solving skills, structured, proactive, and adaptable
 - Preferably have an experience to use microsoft office, analytics platforms & CRM tools
