We are looking for Associate Product Manager (APM) that is willing to learn new challenges in product management for operational processes. This role requires a blend of analytical skills, technical understanding, and a strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
About the job
1. Product Development: Drive end to end product development for operational processes, start with idea initiation, writing high quality product requirements with supporting data from analysis, product grooming, assisting on development and testing, identify and define key metrics to measure product performance
2. Operational Improvement: Analyze existing operational workflows and identify areas for enhancement, efficiency, and scalability
3. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, data scientist, and ops teams to communicate product requirements and ensure alignment on goals and deliverables
4. Data Analysis: Define and monitor key metrics to identify issues/improve the product
About you
Must-Have
1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information System, Mathematics, Statistics or equivalent
2. 1-3 years of experience in product management or project management
3. Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and SQL
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
5. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Nice to Have
1. Have experience in fintech or startup industry
2. Joined in product management competition or workshops (with certifications)
3. Involved in application/system development
