We're looking for talented and experienced Engineering Manager to lead our Cloud Platform Team and Cloud Infrastructure Security Team. In Platform Engineering, you'll manage Cloud Platform Engineering team which is working with building & improving our Infrastructure Platform which utilized by our Engineers in deploying their applications. In Cloud Infrastructure Security, you'll manage Cloud Infrastructure Security team and work with them in building security controls and protect our infrastructures deployed across multiple cloud providers comply with security controls / compliance frameworks
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and manage team of Platform Engineers and Cloud Infrastructure Security, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- Actively manage performance appraisals and feedback for their respective charter
- Collaborate and work closely with Engineers in rolling out the Platform and Cloud Security Improvement
- Actively collecting feedback for every platform initiatives being rolled out
- Ensure our infrastructures being deployed comply with relevant security / compliance framework
- Stay current with the latest industry trends, technologies, best practices in Cloud Platform and Security
- Communicate effectively with senior leadership to provide regular updates on project progress, team performance, and any relevant risks or issues
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
- Proven experience as Engineering Manager or in a similiar leadership role, min 2 years
- Familiar with CI/CD technologies such as Jenkins, Bitbucket Pipelines, or Github Actions
- Familiar with Cloud Security Controls / Cloud Compliance Framework
- Familiar with Infrastructure As A Code (IAAC) technology such as terraform
- Demonstrated experience in Cloud Platforms and Services (AWS, GCP, Alibaba Cloud), and Containerization Technology (Docker, Kubernetes, AWS ECS)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential issues and bottlenecks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
