Job Description:

  • Research and analysis of the landscape, customers, product metrics, and latest internet trends to identify and fill product gaps
  • Generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth and conversion
  • Write product specs, evaluate pros and cons and conduct what-if scenario analysis
  • Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes.
  • Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact
  • Work closely with engineering, marketing and operations to scope and implement new features
  • Leadership ability to manage a team of analysts

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience as a data analyst or product manager or programmer in a startup environment
  • Solid technical background (SQL is a must) with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development
  • Extremely strong communication skills and comfortable to communicate in English
  • Strong intuition for user behavior
  • Ability to develop product and marketing strategies
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
  • Self-starter with strong project management skills to follow through on execution
