To continue our success story, we are looking for a Account Management, Manager to primarily support our client portfolio. This role will need to focus on driving GMV growth from existing online merchants through account optimization and campaign collaboration.
What you'll do:
- Analyze how to grow transaction with the merchant.
 - Liaise & day to day management with merchant.
 - Work across functions in Business Development Team on merchant success, ensuring timely communication & merchant visibility.
 - Setting partner/merchant priorities, promo planning & user education.
 - Provide merchant transaction report by weekly, monthly and quarterly
 - Assist the BD in establishing business test practices.
 - Target service improvement to stores, oversee optimum visibility.
 - Assist in merchant quarterly reviews & analytics.
 
About you:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree (preferably from Business / Management Graduate).
 - Minimum 4 years of working experience in Business Development, Sales or Account Management, ideally handling online merchants.
 - Proven track record in managing key merchants, with experience in driving growth across assigned accounts.
 - Capable of handling multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously.
 - Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
 - Comfortable analyzing data and translating insights into actionable strategies.
 - Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
 - Has experience in working in multifunctional team.
 - Knowledge of methods of process mapping and design.
 - Proficient in Microsoft office, especially basic Microsoft Excel (including simple formulas, pivot tables, and data processing).
