Job Description:

  • Prepare comprehensive reports on key collection metrics, including flow rates, recovery rates, collection productivity, and other relevant KPIs.
  • Conduct regular performance monitoring and provide actionable insights to optimize daily collection activities.
  • Analyze collection trends and patterns to identify risks and areas for improvement.
  • Monitor collection performance to promptly identify and address issues or bottlenecks.
  • Perform in-depth analyses as needed and present findings to management for follow-up actions.
  • Participate in the design and launch of new collection programs, strategies, or process changes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation and alignment of initiatives.
  • Partner with the Data Science team to explore advanced analytics and innovative solutions for collection improvement.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to enhance processes through data-driven recommendations and collaboration with other departments.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years in collections, credit risk management, or a related analytical role within the financial services sector.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, Python, or R.
  • Familiarity with advanced data visualization and reporting techniques is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
  • Proficiency in English is essential.
