About the job
- Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Golang.
- Build and improve internal tools and user interfaces using React.js / Next.js with Tailwind CSS.
- Write and optimize SQL queries (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and work with BigQuery datasets.
- Implement and maintain cloud-based workflows (Google Cloud Run, Cloud Functions, Cloud Scheduler, Cloud Jobs).
- Handle integrations with object storage (e.g., AWS S3 or GCP Cloud Storage) for files, logs, and reports.
- Write unit tests and ensure proper test coverage for backend and frontend code.
- Contribute to feature development, bug fixing, and performance tuning.
- Collaborate with other engineers to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Ensure clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
About you
- 2–4 years of professional software development experience, including feature ownership and production issue handling.
- Proficiency in Golang (must-have).
- Proficiency in React.js / Next.js (must-have).
- Solid understanding of relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and ability to write optimized queries.
- Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform services (Cloud Run, Cloud Functions, Cloud Scheduler, BigQuery).
- Experience with AWS S3 or GCP Cloud Storage (file handling, uploads, downloads).
- Experience in writing unit tests for backend and frontend code (must-have).
- Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn new technologies.
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
- Experience with Python scripting/automation.
- Experience with Node.js
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows.
- Interest in data engineering and analytics.
