The Sales Analytics team is responsible for the evaluation, maintenance, and tracking of key performance metrics across business development and sales operations teams. As a Sales Data Analyst, you are expected to (1) proactively identify opportunities to improve sales team efficiency through data analysis, (2) collaborate closely with various stakeholders like business development managers and area sales managers, and (3) ensure analytical accuracy and alignment with overall business objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze core business metrics and KPIs such as GMV growth, channel performance, merchant acquisition, and incentive spend to generate insights and support decision-making
  • Identify and recommend opportunities to boost sales team productivity and efficiency
  • Build and maintain reports and dashboards and ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency
  • Provide analytical and operational support to business development and sales operations teams across both strategic initiatives and daily processes
  • Develop and manage sales operations policies and frameworks, including incentive programs, sales target setting, and other data- and policy-related tasks

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience as a data analyst, sales analyst, or sales operations analyst, preferably in a lending/fintech environment
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into strategic business insights
  • Proficiency in SQL, Excel, Python / R, and at least one business intelligence tool (e.g. Tableau, PowerBI)
  • Ability to deliver clear and impactful data presentations
  • High attention to detail with solid organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaborate effectively across teams
  • Excellent English communication skills
