Job Description

We are seeking an experienced QA Manager with a robust background in Mobile and API, proficient in Java, Appium Framework, Rest-Assured and a strong inclination towards maintaining a high-quality standard. The ideal candidate will lead our QA team, ensuring the efficiency, reliability, and accuracy of our products while implementing and maintaining comprehensive testing strategies.

About the Role

  • We are looking for someone to take full ownership of the quality charter for multiple teams at Kredivo Group.
  • Guide and mentor a team of QA & SEIT engineers, offering technical expertise, and direction, and ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
  • Enhance the testing process by proposing and implementing continuous improvements.
  • Create and implement comprehensive test strategies, automation frameworks, and methodologies to ensure the quality and reliability of software products.
  • Develop release plans and assess the readiness of software for production deployment.
  • Manage the validation phases of the project, which involves overseeing tasks and progress, and providing regular reports to leadership.
  • Conduct root cause analysis of complex issues, collaborating with the component team to resolve problems and improve overall product quality.
  • Establish key metrics to measure and report on the quality of software products and the effectiveness of testing.
  • Work with and guide cross-functional teams to understand software quality requirements and develop effective test strategies.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and QA/testing best practices, leveraging this knowledge to consistently enhance testing processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Computer Science with 8 to 12 years of relevant industry experience
  • Experience in building test automation frameworks in Web, APP or API using Postman / Rest-Assured / Appium / Karate / Selenium on current projects.
  • Strong Java programming and should have experience working on backend / web / android / iOS applications
  • Proven management experience
  • Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Manage QA metrics, prepare reports and present to stakeholders
  • Experienced in Agile or Scrum software development methodologies
