Kredivo is a high-growth fintech company that is passionate about using big data analytics, machine learning, and cutting-edge technology to revolutionize the way people use credit card. To continue our success story, we are looking for a Senior Account Manager to primarily support our client portfolio. This role will need to focus to lead the overall strategy and execution for managing long tail accounts (>5,000 merchants).

What You'll do :

  • Team Leadership: Overseeing and mentoring a team of account management, ensuring they meet sales targets and overall score card.
  • Portfolio Management: Oversee and grow a large number of "long tail" accounts, which are numerous but individually smaller merchants with diverse needs
  • Data Analysis & Strategy: Utilize data to monitor account performance, identify growth opportunities, and develop strategic plans for increased revenue
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (marketing & sales) or external teams (brand & distributor), to implement strategies and drive successful campaign initiatives
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with the potential merchants, understanding their unique business objectives and challenges

What You'll need :

  • Bachelor degree with proven experience in account management or business development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, highly structured, proactive, and adaptable
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and develop actionable plans
  • Proficient in microsoft office, analytics platforms, & CRM tools.
