We’re looking for an HR Systems & Analytics specialist to join our team. This role is crucial in optimizing our HR systems and leveraging HR data to provide actionable insights that support strategic decision-making. The specialist will be responsible for HR process optimisation, HRIS management, HR data governance and identifying trends to drive HR initiatives and improve organizational effectiveness.

What you’ll do :

  • HRIS Management & Optimization:
    • Serve as the HRIS system administrator focusing on system configuration, maintenance, and overall system health
    • Lead efforts to optimize HRIS modules and functionalities to enhance user experience, automate processes, and ensure data integrity
    • Collaborate with HR and IT stakeholders to identify business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for system improvements
    • Manage HRIS projects, including system upgrades, new module implementations, and integrations with other enterprise tools
  • Data & Reporting:
    • Conduct regular data audits as required and ensure data is maintained as per data regulatory requirements
    • Establish and enforce data governance standards to ensure the accuracy and consistency of HR data across all systems
    • Design, develop, and maintain HR reports and dashboards using various HRIS tools and business intelligence platforms
    • Perform in-depth data analysis to identify HR trends and translate complex data findings into clear and actionable recommendations for HR and business stakeholders

What you’ll need :

  • 2 - 4 years of experience working in an HRIS and/or HR Analytics role
  • Demonstrated expertise in administering and optimizing enterprise-level HRIS platforms
  • Prior experience with Darwinbox will be an advantage
  • Experience with creating reports and dashboards using HRIS Tools or other business intelligence software (e.g. Tableau, PowerBI, Python, etc)
  • Strong business process orientation and problem solving skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in teams and independently
  • Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
  • Good communication skills in both English and Indonesian (Written & Verbal)
  • Capacity to apply discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality when handling sensitive information
