We’re looking for a Contract Graphic Designer (on a 6-month contract based) to support our Brand Marketing team in producing high-quality offline marketing materials. This role will be hands-on in designing print-ready assets such as point-of-sale materials (POSM), event collaterals, booth branding, merchandise, and other tactical visual needs to support campaigns and merchant branding initiatives. You will work closely with the Brand team to translate creative briefs into impactful and consistent visual designs, ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints.
Responsibilities
- Design Execution
- Produce high-quality design work with quick turnaround times, based on provided briefs
- Ensure all creative outputs align with objectives, brand guidelines and resonate with the target audience
- Quality Control
- Apply basic proofreading to ensure error-free text
- Maintain layout consistency, including correct use of typography, spacing, and brand elements
- Print-Ready Preparation
- Prepare accurate print-ready fi les, including appropriate bleed, color profiles, and specifications for: POSM (e.g., wobblers, banners), Event collaterals (e.g., backdrops, banners, signage), Merchant branding materials, Flyers, brochures, and other printed merchandise
- Asset Adaptation
- Adapt and resize existing assets, layered fi les, and style guides
- Create high-fi delity deliverables tailored to various merchants and offline campaigns
- Project & Time Management
- Manage multiple tasks efficiently, prioritizing based on campaign urgency and deadlines
- Team Collaboration
- Work closely with the Brand team to fully understand briefs, goals, and feedback for each project
- Graphic Rendering
- Perform graphic rendering tasks, including photo editing and visual enhancements
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communication Design (fresh graduates are welcome). Diploma or graduates from Graphic Arts Technology are also encouraged to apply.
- Prior experience in creating print-ready designs, including vendor file preparation, is essential
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
- Familiarity with layout resizing, working with templates, and handling repetitive tasks
- Strong visual sense and understanding of layout, composition, and brand systems
- Ability to ensure design alignment with branding and consumer touchpoints
- Detail-oriented with the ability to work effi ciently under tight deadlines
- Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Quick to adapt to updated briefs and open to constructive feedback for continuous improvement
- Possesses a positive attitude, team spirit, and willingness to grow
- Demonstrates strong empathy in understanding offline consumer behavior and how it informs design decisions
