The Marketing team is responsible for driving the user acquisition for Kredivo. We need a data analyst to help us acquire high-quality users in the most effective way, in terms of cost and efforts. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, strategic thinker, and great communicator, and enjoys collaborating with people with a diverse set of talents in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. As a data analyst in the Marketing function, you will own the building blocks of the business metrics that are being closely tracked by the Marketing team, such as CAC, CPI, LTV, user funnel, volume, fraud rate and marketing spend, ensuring that there is one “source of truth” that reflects the current performance. This role requires working with various stakeholders, not only within the Marketing team but also with external partners to make sure all the data needs are ready.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Marketing team in data extraction, dashboard creation, and data analysis as a basis for making the right business decisions
- Responsible for building and ensuring a single “source of truth”, understanding the context of data and how they’re connected, as well as exploring new ways to enrich the analysis
- Work with Kredivo marketing partners to make sure all the data is updated, tracked, and measured correctly
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in a growth/marketing role in a fast-growing consumer brand
- Bachelor’s Degree with a GPA minimum of 3.0, preferably in a quantitative subject (i.e. Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or Mathematics)
- Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills
- Highly driven to make things happen with ownership, willingness to learn new things, and comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Advanced knowledge of SQL and proficiency in Excel are required
- English proficiency is a must
- Familiarity with AppsFlyer is a must
- Familiarity with Firebase, Google Analytics, and Big Query is a plus
