An ideal candidate must possess strong communication and project management skills. They must also be able to find, screen and interview candidates well.
Roles and Responsibilities
1.Building and keeping good relationships with the managers who will be hiring and other important people to understand their needs and wants for new hires.
2.Making sure the company’s goals for hiring are met in a timely and cost-effective way by carrying out the recruitment strategy.
3.Checking and deciding if candidates are qualified and a good fit for the job.
4.Arranging and scheduling interviews and other recruitment activities.
5.Using data and analysis to measure the success of hiring efforts and find areas that need improvement.
6.Following company policies and legal regulations related to hiring.
7.Improving the hiring process to make it more efficient and cost-effective.
8.Making sure the hiring process promotes diversity and inclusivity.
Technical Recruiter Requirements
1.Knowledge of technical and engineering fields and industry trends.
2.Experience finding and hiring top talent for technical teams.
3.Strong communication skills to talk to hiring managers and other key people.
