We're looking for a Employer Branding and Internal Communication Intern to join our team on a 6-month contract. The role will be a part of Kredivo Group’s Employee Engagement Team, which focuses on creating engaging events and practices to enhance our workplace culture.
In your role, you will support the team in creating a work culture where every KrediKrew can thrive and grow while effectively communicating the employee experience to attract top talent. You will also be working with the Marketing team to ensure consistency in brand identity and execution.
What will you do:
- Support in developing content and implementing employer branding strategies for Linkedin
- Support in developing content and creative assets for internal newsletters, EDMs, HR-related announcements, local office greetings and employee engagement activities
- Provide ad-hoc support for onboarding and regional & local employee engagement activities
Required Skills:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources or a related field
- Excellent command of English and strong communication skills
- Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Good project management skills
Good to have:
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and/or other multimedia design tools
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia/Malay
