We are looking for a driven Learning and Development (L&D) Assistant Manager to support our team at Kredivo Group, with greater focus on Krom Bank (Digital Bank). The ideal candidate has a strong background in financial services and familiarity with OJK regulations, has managed team members, and is confident in communicating with senior management stakeholders.

We are a small team and like to work fast with high autonomy, so pride of ownership in your work is a must, as is flexibility at handling ad-hoc tasks. At the same time, we are informal and relaxed, and always aim to communicate openly, with the best ideas and work as the primary drivers, rather than seniority.

Responsibilities :

  • Ensure all L&D activities adhere to OJK regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Manage and oversee fulfilment of all regulatory requirements e.g. regulatory reporting, certifications and mandatory training, including comprehensive documentation of training records.
  • Manage the design, implementation, and evaluation of training programs to enhance employee skills and performance, including managing partnerships with external training providers.
  • Work closely with HR, people managers, senior management (including the Board of Directors), and other divisions to align L&D initiatives with organizational goals and culture.
  • Assist in identifying, developing, and retaining talent within the organization. Experience in talent management is highly desirable.

Requirements :

  • Proven experience working in a financial institution, preferably a bank, and have strong knowledge of OJK regulations and connections with external partners.
  • A bachelor’s degree and at least 4 years of experience of L&D program management. Training and facilitation experience is highly desirable.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and manage stakeholders effectively.
  • Must be comfortable analyzing data using Excel/sheets and creating slide decks on Google and/or Office.
  • Proficient written and spoken English (CEFR B2).
