We’re looking for a driven and resourceful Talent Acquisition Executive to join our team. In this role, you’ll partner closely with hiring managers to design and execute effective recruiting strategies, manage full-cycle hiring processes, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new employees. You will play a key role in building strong talent pipelines, engaging both active and passive candidates, and ensuring an excellent candidate experience from start to finish.

What you’ll do:

  • Drive end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating, and closing candidates.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide market insights.
  • Build diverse talent pipelines through referrals, events, and sourcing tools.
  • Partner with HR Operations and IT to support onboarding.
  • Continuously improve recruitment processes with data, market knowledge, and business acumen.

    What we’re looking for:

    • 1–2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a competitive environment.
    • Strong sourcing skills (e.g., LinkedIn, referrals, networks).
    • Experience hiring across different functions and partnering with leadership.
    • Excellent communication, collaboration, and negotiation skills.
    • Start-up recruitment experience is a plus.
    • Proficiency in English is required.
